Is there a minimum subscription period?

No there is no minimum subscription period in fact there are no lock-in contracts with Go2Business Online. Simply pay for your software plan monthly knowing that you can cancel at any time.

What devices does Go2Business Online work on?

The full system of library and automation is available on all tablets and computers to help operators have access to their dashboards and financial data. BUT ….. to be able to create free or family time, Go2Business Online mobile functionality is limited to real time dashboards.

How long does it take to set up?

Depending on the size of the business, we expect between 2 and 3 weeks to transfer or input your business details into the Go2Business Online program. Many users are currently using very basic software and multiple subscriptions and formats that do not capture every dollar of revenue and cost. Typically, these also don’t talk to each other. Once you’ve received your login, we will guide you through the different areas to enter all of your business information for the most accurate dashboards you have ever seen!

Do I need to install any software?

The Go2Business Online platform is a web-based platform which has all the software built-in so there is no need to download any software onto your hardware.

Can I let other people access my software?

Absolutely. You will create log in’s for all of your managers, accountant or bookkeeper, front of house staff, kitchen team and even business partners. Each role has varying levels of access and security to allow them to only see the programs and modules they need.

What kind of customer support can I expect?

Go2business Online we run free webinars you can join any time, we have an extensive manual area for every section by clicking the little question mark on the bottom of each page as well as our Go2 Contact & Support section for you to submit questions and feedback to our team for prompt reply and assistance.

Do I need specific hardware?

For cloud-only access, a PC or tablet with a web browser is all you need. While a mobile phone can be used (especially for those with smaller fingers), functionality may be limited. If you wish to run in a LAN setup, a local server is required

Can I roll over old data from my current system to Go2Business Online?

Go2Business Online provides automated, real-time data through hundreds of programs in various formats. Due to this diversity, importing older, often incomplete data is not possible. However, items, ingredients, recipes, menus, staff information, overheads and capital expenditures can be quickly uploaded from your existing platforms as a one-time process. As your business grows, Go2Business Online will automate data updates to ensure your data is correct and accurate.
